To require the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Attorney General to share evidence with appropriate State and local law enforcement agencies related to shootings, injuries, or killings, by officers or employees of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement or U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and for other purposes.
