Designates the visitors' center in Organ Pipe National Monument as the Kris Eggle Memorial Visitors' Center. Dedicates such center to Eggle (a park ranger who was murdered in the line of duty along the U.S-Mexico border) and to promote awareness of the risks taken each day by all public land management law enforcement officers.Directs the Secretary of the Interior to post interpretive signs at the center and at the trail-head of the Baker Mine-Milton Mine Loop that describe the important role of public law enforcement officers in protecting park visitors, refer to the tragic loss of Eggle and to the dedication of the trail and visitors' center by Congress, and include a copy of this Act and Eggle's image.
