Martin Luther King, Junior, National Historic Site Land Exchange Act - Amends the Act of October 10, 1980, to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to acquire by donation or exchange property owned by the State of Georgia or any political subdivision thereof that is within the Martin Luther King, Junior National Historic Site and Preservation District (current law allows such acquisitions only by donation).
