Summary

Mount Rainier National Park Boundary Adjustment Act of 2003 - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire from willing owners certain privately owned land, and transfers specified national forest lands to the Secretary's administrative jurisdiction, for inclusion in Mount Rainier National Park.Requires: (1) the Park's boundaries to be modified to include such lands and (2) the Secretary to ensure that access over the Carbon River Bridge to national forest lands is maintained for commercial and other public use.Authorizes the Secretary to acquire from willing owners land in the vicinity of Wilkeson, Washington, to provide public information for visitors accessing public lands along the Carbon and Mowich Corridors.

Mount Rainier National Park Boundary Adjustment Act of 2004 - Modifies the boundary of Mount Rainier National Park (the Park) to include the area within the boundary specified on the map entitled "Mount Rainier National Park, Carbon River Boundary Adjustment" dated June 2003. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire, only with the owner's consent, by donation, purchase, or exchange: (1) land or interests, totaling not more than 800 acres, and improvements thereon, within the boundary for development of camping and other recreational facilities; and (2) lands or interests, totaling not more than one acre, and improvements thereon in the vicinity of Wilkeson, Washington, for a facility to serve visitors to public lands along the Carbon and Mowich Corridors. Requires lands acquired under this Act to be administered by the Secretary as part of the Park in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Directs the Secretary to manage that portion of Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest lying adjacent to the Park as identified on the map described above to maintain the area's natural setting in a manner consistent with its management as of June 2003.
