TANF Extension Act of 2005 - Reauthorizes and extends the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Block Grant Program under part A of title IV of the Social Security Act through September 30, 2005, in the manner authorized for FY2004. Reauthorizes and extends the national random sample study of child welfare and child welfare waiver authority through September 30, 2005, in the manner authorized for FY2004.
