Summary

(This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary has been expanded because action occurred on the measure.) Junior Duck Stamp Reathorization Amendments Act of 2005 - Amends the Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program act of 1994 to, among other things: (1) remove the requirement prohibiting the use of proceeds received from the licensing and marketing of Junior Duck Stamps for administrative expenses of the Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program; (2) increase the amount that is authorized to be appropriated for administrative expenses of the Program; and (3) extend such Program through FY2010. Sets separate limits on the amount that may be used for administration of the Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program and that may be distributed to state and regional coordinators to implement competitions under the Program.
