Revises the boundaries of the following units within the John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System: Lea Island Complex L07, Wrightsville Beach Unit L08, and Masonboro Island Unit L09 in North Carolina; Sachuest Point Unit RI-04P, Easton Beach Unit RI-05P, Almy Pond Unit RI-06, and Hazards Beach Unit RI-07 in Rhode Island; Gasparilla Island Unit FL-70P in Florida; and Long Pond Unit SC-01 and Huntington Beach Unit SC-03 in South Carolina;

Revises the boundaries of certain John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System units in North Carolina by replacing maps subtitled "Lea Island Complex L07," "Wrightsville Beach Unit L08, Masonboro Island Unit L09," and "Masonboro Island Unit L09" with other maps with the same names of a date to be specified.
