Summary

Authorizes the Administrator of the General Services Administration (GSA) to release certain restrictions in the deed for a parcel of land conveyed to the city of Eastlake, Ohio, (i.e., use of land only for recreational purposes) in exchange for $30,000. Directs the Administrator to convey, through a quit claim deed, to Koochiching County, Minnesota, certain land located in International Falls, Minnesota, (formerly the site of the Koochiching Army Reserve Training Center) in exchange for $30,000.
