McLoughlin House National Historic Site Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire the McLoughlin House National Historic Site, Oregon City, Oregon, from willing sellers by donation, purchase, or exchange (except that lands or interests owned by Oregon City may be acquired by donation only). Requires that the acquired property be included within the boundaries and administered as part of the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site.
