Summary

GSA Technology Accountability Act This act requires the General Services Administration to report annually to Congress on each program funded by (1) the Federal Citizen Services Fund, or (2) the Acquisition Services Fund for technology transformation services. The reports must include a list of each program funded by such expenditures during the previous fiscal year, or that have been funded by such expenditures in the previous five-year period, along with the following information for each program:  an explanation of the program; information about how the program is funded; a description of projects or initiatives associated with the program; if applicable, the amount of reimbursements associated with or anticipated to be associated with the program from other sources of funds or another agency; and if applicable, any additional information, data, or analysis used to determine the information estimated within the report. The amendments made by this act shall take effect at the start of the first fiscal year after the date of the enactment.
