This resolution celebrates 55 years of diplomatic relations between the United States and Fiji, commends the nation on its free and fair elections, and encourages this democratic trend into the future. Lastly, this resolution recognizes Fiji’s participation in multinational security forces and multilateral institutions, including the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, the World Trade Organization, and the World Bank.
