Breast Cancer Research Stamp Reauthorization Act of 2015 (Sec. 2) This bill reauthorizes through December 31, 2019, provisions requiring the U.S. Postal Service to issue a special postage stamp for first-class mail that costs more than the regular first-class stamp to raise funds for breast cancer research. (Sec. 3) Agencies receiving these funds from the Postal Service must use them on breast cancer research.
