Summary

(This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Allows any person that holds an approved Federal Communications Commission (FCC) permit to construct or install on Lookout Mountain in Jefferson County, Colorado, either a digital television broadcast station antenna or tower, or both, to proceed with such construction, and all associated facilities and services, if such antenna or tower is of the same height or lower than the tallest existing analog broadcast antenna or tower at that location.
