Directs the Secretary of Agriculture (USDA), upon submission of a request by the town of Alta, Utah, within one year of enactment of this Act, to convey to the town all interest of the United States in and to parcels of National Forest System land in the Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Salt Lake County, Utah, that are located in and adjacent to parcels of land subject to special use permit SLC102708. Requires the exact acreage of the land to be determined by a survey approved by the Secretary and limited to a maximum area of two acres. Requires the town to pay the reasonable survey and other administrative costs associated with such conveyance and to use the land for public purposes only.
