Declares that Congress supports the goals and ideals of National Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month.
(This measure has not been amended since it was introduced in the Senate on March 11, 2003. However, because action occurred on the measure, the summary has been expanded.)Declares that Congress: (1) supports the goals and ideals of National Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month; and (2) urges national and community organizations, private businesses, and the media to promote, through such Month, awareness of sexual violence and strategies to decrease the incidence of sexual assault.
