A resolution expressing the sense of the Senate that the additional tariffs imposed on Canadian goods under section 338 of the Tariff Act of 1930 and the rhetoric surrounding the bilateral relationship between Canada and the United States harm United States consumers and businesses and the tariffs should be rescinded.
